材料:
6条金沙骨
2茶匙生粉
2粒草苺
2汤匙橄榄油
调味料:
6粒(大)草苺
2汤匙草苺果酱
1/2茶匙健怡砂糖
4汤匙冻开水
腌料:
1/2茶匙健怡砂糖
2汤匙低盐生抽
1汤匙绍兴酒
1茶匙姜汁
胡椒粉少许
做法:
1) 先将金沙骨洗净,以腌料腌约30分钟后,腌汁留用,金沙骨扑上生粉,备用。
2) 草苺洗净去蒂,切半,留2粒作伴碟用,其他草苺加入余下调味料,放入搅拌机内拌匀,备用。
3) 烧热2汤匙橄榄油,下金沙骨煎熟,用厨房抹油纸抹干多余油份,加入拌匀调味料,以中火煮至滚。以剩下草苺伴碟,上碟。
