新生农场成立于1968年，是全港唯一的农业式庇护工场，为精神病康复者提供工作训练机会。自2000年开始推行有机耕种，并获得两个本地有机认证，出产的有机蔬菜不含化学农药或肥料，令人食得健康之余，亦能保护生态环境。
新生农场已获以下有机认证:

o | 灵 / Spirit建立积极人生观 Find A Zest For Living学会欣赏，学会珍惜，常持感恩的心。放下执着，活在当下，便能快乐的向前。 Appreciate, treasure, and be thankful of the good things in life. Mourn not the past, live for the present, and lead a happy and fulfilling life. |
新生精神康复会于1965年成立，是专为精神病康复者服务的非政府机构，致力为精神病康复者提供优质的社区康复服务，全面照顾他们的住宿、就业与社交需要。本会致力倡导与促进精神病康复者、其家属及公众的精神健康与身心康泰，最终目标是为他们争取平等机会，获得公众接纳，达致融入和全面参与社会。
新生会自1994年开始率先发展不同形式的社会企业，为精神病康复者提供实地培训及就业机会，让他们在工作中拾回自信，重投社会，迈向自力更生。
