Preserved Flower Glass Globe (Can't deliver to a locker / self pickup)

The preserved flower glass globe is capable of lasting for more than six months to a year in ideal conditions. Its exquisite and compact size allows you to easily hold this romance in the palm of your hand.

We will replace any floral materials with same or higher value if any materials is short of supply, and without prior notice.

1. Floral product shipping arrangements:
* For a single order of floral products valued at under $1200, customers must pay the shipping fee in advance on eshop330:
- Kowloon area HK$100
- New Territories HK$180
- Hong Kong Island HK$180

*Free shipping for a single order of floral products valued at $1200 or above (limited to a single delivery location).

2. Free shipping is not applicable to the following areas:
Closed Area, Lo Wu, Shenzhen Bay, Airport Departure Hall, Po Toi, Tung Lung Chau, Grass Island, Crooked Island (Kat O), Tung Ping Chau, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Lok Ma Chau, Mai Po, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Tai O, Mui Wo, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay.

3. Deliveries to non-residential areas:
For deliveries to non-residential areas, such as companies/offices/stores, if the recipient cannot be found, the bouquet will be delivered to the reception desk. For deliveries to residential areas, if the recipient cannot be found, the bouquet will be delivered to the management office of the building.

4. Delivery failure:
Delivery failure, including providing incorrect addresses or recipients, or refusal to accept the delivery by management/reception, will result in the bouquet being returned to our organization. If the customer fails to collect the bouquet from our organization within 2 working days, we will handle the bouquet at our discretion and with no refunds.

If the customer requests our association to redeliver the returned goods, we will charge a delivery fee of $120.

5. Unclear or incorrect addresses:
eshop330 will not be responsible to delivery delays or loss of goods due to unclear or incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and the payment made will not be refunded.
