Is eshop330 a social enterprise?

Sure is! eshop330 was a social enterprise established in 2011 by New Life Psychiatric
Rehabilitation Association. It is an organic and healthy food online shop offers a convenient
and easy way for you to support local, fresh, high-quality food, groceries and ready meals.


We endeavor to promote the concept of holistic health of body, mind & spirit.


We also have a retail outlet named farmfresh330 creates work opportunities for people in recovery of mental illness for work and social inclusion.

Where are the physical stores of eshop330?

eshop330 offers online shopping service where farmfresh330 and Healthy Living Specialty Shop provide in-store organic and healthy food experiences. You may click here to find those stores are running by New Life Support

Online shopping

Is there a delivery cost?

Orders over HK$800 can receive free shipping! Orders under HK$800 will be charged certain delivery fee, please learn more from Delivery Policy.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will arrive within 3-5 business days. The delivery time might be longer during peak shipping periods such as holidays - we will always let you know about this in advance though and if your order happens to be delayed - we will let you know about that too!

I’m not going to be home to accept my order, what do I do?

Rest assured, you do not need to be home to accept your order. If you are not home, your delivery will be left at your security desk. However, we can take no responsibility for goods after they have been delivered.

If there is a specific instruction, you can leave us a message in 'add order note' at the cart page as you're checking out e.g. please leave behind the plant next to my front door.

What time are the deliveries made?

Deliveries are made between 2pm and 6pm.

Can I add something to my order?

Changes to orders will be on a case-by-case basis depending on whether or not the order has already been packed and sorted for dispatch. Please contact us asap.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We will charge an administration fee of HK$100 or 10% of the invoice amount (whichever is the highest) for order cancellation requested by customer before shipping. Details please refer to our Delivery Policy.

Can I return my goods and receive a refund?

If the items you receive have quality issues or are incorrect, please send an email to eshop330@nlpra.org.hk with your order no. and pictures of your item within 3 days upon receipt. Items must be returned with all the original tag, label and packaging.

Something is wrong with my order, what do I do?

Oh no! Rest assured, we are here to help. Please contact us as soon as possible with as much information as you can and we will do our best to provide a solution for you. You can email to eshop330@nlpra.org.hk.

Account Problem

I already have an eshop330 online account, why can’t I login to the eshop?

Try resetting your password first. If this is not working please email eshop330@nlpra.org.hk.

Can I earn/ use the points of friends330 membership programme when I shop at eshop330?

We apologize for those points and privileges earned from friends330 membership programme are not applicable to eshop330.

How do I request for an account deletion?

If you are looking to delete your account on eshop330 website, please submit your account deletion request here. We will review the eligibility of your account deletion request and update you within 7 working days from request date to the registered email of your account.
