• Customers shall allow us to access to the designated delivery location and ensure that a responsible person is at the delivery location provided to receive the order. If such a responsible person is not present at the time of delivery, customers hereby consent to us leaving the order at the delivery location they have nominated. The customer accepts responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on.
• Upon receipt of items, we require your signature representing that responsibilities of purchased goods have been transferred to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, then you accept that the signature by recipient is an evidence of delivery and fulfillment by eshop330.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

• If the items you receive have quality issues or are incorrect, please send an email to eshop330@nlpra.org.hk with your order no. and pictures of your item within 3 days upon receipt. Items must be returned with all the original tag, label and packaging.
• Please note that only one refund request can be made per order.
• Refund to your relevant payment account which you applied to settle the payment of your order or other means as agreed with you. The refund process will usually take around 4 weeks.
• If there is any dispute, New Life Support Enterprises Limited reserves the right of final decision.

 

NOT Accepting Exchanges Under Following Circumstances

• Goods received for more than 3 days.
• The product has been opened (except deterioration) or used.
• Allergic reactions. If customers are sensitive to the products, it may be unsuitable for the customer to use the product. eshop330 does not have any liability or bear any associated costs.
• Product that is not in original condition, damaged or fragmented.
• Product that already shown not accepted for return or with special discount.
• Any free gifts, accessories and trial gifts.

 

Promotional Codes, Discount Codes and Offers

The promotional codes, discount codes and coupons provided by us are only valid for single purchase from our website which is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash and any unused balance will be forfeited.
