dayday330, launched by the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association, is an awareness campaign on mental well-being through encouraging every one of us to practice a 330 micro break in order to achieve holistic 3 (Body), 3 (Mind), 0 (Spirit) well-being. Practicing a 330 micro break does not only alleviate our negative emotion and release our stress, but also enhance our mental well-being and arouse the awareness on taking care of our own.
