Japonica rice dumpling is one of the healthiest types of rice dumpling. It uses sticky rice, similar to pearl rice, which can achieve the texture of glutinous rice but without triggering gout. It is a beneficial rice for the body, suitable for gout patients, and good for cardiovascular health. It helps lower cholesterol and has lower sugar content.

*Refrigerate at 0-4°C for 7 days.*Freeze at -18°C for 3 months.

After the water boils, steam the whole rice dumpling with the leaves for about 30 minutes until the inside is thoroughly heated, then enjoy.
