Wood Ear Salad

Ingredients:

Wood Ear..........20g

Olive Oil.........1/4 tea spoon

Salt................1/4 tea spoon

Sugar................1/4 tea spoon

Vinegar...........1 tea spoon

Soy sauce.........1/4 tea spoon

Sesame oil........1/4 tea spoon

Garlic...............1/2 tea spoon

Chili.................1pc

Chopped cilantro

 

Cooking Method:

1. Soak wood ears in hot water about 20 minutes until rehydrated. Boil a pot of water. Add wood ears and cook for 3 minutes. Drain, rinse the wood ears with cold water, drain again, and set aside.

2. Combine the sauce and wood ear in a bowl, toss a few times.
