Lotus roots | 1 pieces, sliced | Garlic powder | 1/2 tsp |
Yam | 1 small section, sliced | Red pepper powder | 1/2 tsp |
Salt | A little | ||
Jalapeno cayenne | 1/4 tsp |
Method:
- Preheat oven to 230℃zxad
- Mix all powder and salt together.
- Use paper towel to dry all sliced vegetables. Then, mix the seasonings with the vegetable.
- Place in oven to bake for 10 minutes. Then, filp all vegetables to the other side and bake again for 10 minutes until all turned change yellow.
