Probiotics Recipe-Chilled Cucumber Yogurt Soup

Plain low fat yogurt

2 cup

Salt

To taste

Fresh mint leaves (chopped)

1 tablespoon

Pepper

To taste

Lemon juice

1 tablespoon

Garlic (crushed)

2 cloves

Olive oil

1 teaspoon

Cucumber small

4 pcs

(peeled, sliced and deseeded)

Weight:

Pine nuts

 1 teaspoon

 

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Then blend it in high speed until smooth.
  2. Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  3. Separate into 4 bowls and top with pine nuts.

Vegetable    1 portion

Oil              0.5 portion
