Green Tea Smoothie Fruit Cup (1 serving)

Matcha Powder

1 tsp

Low Fat Plain yogurt

200ml

Banana (Shied)

1/2 pc

Plain Cornflakes

1/3 bowl

Blueberries

20 pcs

Ice

1/3 cup

Fresh Mint Leaves

2-3 pcs

 

Method:

  1. Blend Matcha powder, yogurt, banana and ice in a blender together.
  2. Prepare a tall glass. Put some cornflakes at bottom, then put 100ml of ingredient (1), cornflakes, blueberries, another 100ml of ingredient (1) on top accordingly. Garnish with mint leaves on top. Ready to serve.
