Chocolate Tofu Pudding (4 small cups)

 

 

Ingredients: Serving:
Silken Tofu 2 bricks (14oz)
Ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons
 Sugar free coco powder 1/4 cup
Banana (sliced) 1 pc

Method:

Process all the ingredients in a blender until well-combined. Pour the mixture into 4 pudding cups and refrigerate for 40 mins.
